For the past three decades, Marta Gladun's detox retreat in Poland (Shambhala Detox) has been renowned for its unique protocol. It draws from various disciplines such as Ayurveda, homeopathy, yoga, anthroposophy, traditional Chinese medicine, and naturopathy to help people cleanse their bodies and minds and optimize their well-being.
Marta does not rely on a social media team or marketing strategies; she believes in the power of genuine connections and personal testimonies. This is not about marketing and advertising; it’s about facilitating real change in people’s lives through detoxification and energy healing. To this day, Marta conducts two detox sessions a month in Poland, and they are consistently booked out due to her exceptional reputation and the powerful healing stories shared by her clients. Through word of mouth, her impact continues to grow, as she helps individuals become the best versions of themselves in various aspects of life.
Now, the word about Marta's transformative work is spreading beyond Poland, and we are excited to bring her expertise and commitment to new audiences. Instructor and detox therapist with over 30 years of experience in the USA and Europe. Specialized in natural ways of cleansing the body, she uses the knowledge gained from world-famous therapists: Nemi Nath from the International Breathwork Foundation Australia; Colin P. Sisson of Inner Adventure Programs Inc. New Zealand; Zbigniew Królicki from Mind Control System Laredo, Texas; Donald Van Howten of Life Impressions Institute Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is constantly traveling and learning from ethnic healers on ways to maintain perfect body and spirit health (India, Siberia, Mongolia, China, Indonesia, and New Zealand). She supervised and conducted over 6000 detoxes around the world. Additionally, Marta owns and runs an organic farm in Poland with pesticide-free organic products.

She wanted to grow her own food to know exactly what she was eating, ensuring that it was locally grown and 100% pesticide-free. Today, Marta's organic farm not only provides fresh, nutritious produce to her community but also serves as an educational hub for those interested in sustainable agriculture. Through workshops and farm-to-table events, she shares her journey and inspiration, encouraging others to reconnect with the land and choose a healthier lifestyle

After a time in her corporate career (Apple, Patagonia, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein), Marta decided to switch gears and follow her passion for self-development and well-being. In 2020, she founded Mentalist.pl, an online education platform designed to give people the tools and knowledge they need to unlock their true potential. Her subsequent spiritual and self-development quest led her to immersion in yoga, Ayurveda, and natural healing therapies. She experienced the power of detox and holistic healing herself and decided to continue this journey with Marta and Heidi to serve the people seeking support.

Peter Knez, formerly the Chief Investment Officer at Blackrock, is renowned for escalating AUM from $5 billion to $40 billion in the U.S., and doubling it to $80 billion globally. Peter enhanced the quantitative research and fixed income sectors at Lincoln Capital Management and Goldman Sachs, complemented by his academic tenures at the Kellogg School of Management, University of Wisconsin, and University of Chicago, where he also completed his PhD at the Wharton School and conducted post-doctoral work. Presently, Peter is engrossed in infrastructure transformation, emphasizing energy transition and artificial intelligence, while pioneering in environmental finance through initiatives like rainforest tokenization and impact fund management, marrying his financial acumen with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Heidi Knez
Heidi, originally from California, started her career in the fashion industry in New York City. Transitioning to education, she embraced the Montessori Method and became a directress. Later in life, she explored alternative medicine, delving into Ayurvedic healing and participating in Panchakarma retreats. This journey led her to Marta Gladun's Detox Program, transforming her life. Over a decade and numerous detoxes later, Heidi has teamed up with Marta to bring detoxification, wellness, and personal growth to the broader audience towards a revitalized and enriched life.
