LIVER CLEANSE - you’ll have the chance to rejuvenate your liver—the body’s largest gland—through a comprehensive Liver Flush and the use of liver-cleansing herbs.Given that the liver is responsible for over 500 vital functions, any disruption to these processes can significantly impact both liver health and overall well-being. The liver is the body’s primary detoxification organ. When it isn’t functioning properly, toxins from both internal and external sources remain in the system. This can cause the immune system to react as if these toxins are harmful invaders, leading to various health problems such as inflammation, increased infections, and food allergies or sensitivities.

COLONIC IRRIGATION - Colon cleansing is the initial step on the path to recovery. By cleansing your colon and restoring the balance of good and bad bacteria, ensuring adequate enzyme production, and optimizing your dietary intake and internal production of vitamins, your body undergoes total rejuvenation. This leads to increased energy, a sense of lightness, and an overall feeling of improved health. During your daily colonic, you will lie on the bathroom floor, positioned approximately 32" to 42" below the controlled water flow. You will gently insert a sterilized speculum into your rectum yourself. The coffee enema, under your control, flows into the colon through the speculum and then exits, carrying accumulated toxins with it. As the water flows out, you gently massage your abdomen to help the colon release its contents. You can observe the expelled waste in the strainer (inside the toilet) at the end of the process. This colonic irrigation is done privately in your bathroom, typically taking about 30-40 minutes. After each colonic irrigation, Marta is analyzing it for parasites, old bile, etc.

MENTAL DETOX - In our program, we emphasize not just physical detoxification, but also a profound mental and emotional cleanse. Emotions often become trapped in the liver, manifesting as stress, anger, or other negative feelings. Through specialized mental techniques and daily journaling, we help you uncover and release these emotions and negative patterns. The daily journaling practice is designed to bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings, helping you to process and let go of what no longer serves you. How to get there: The easiest way to get to town is by car service. We can usually have a car for you in 15 minutes or less. There is also a public bus route that picks up near THE RETREAT and goes to downtown Atenas once per hour.
